Storeganise offers an optional "analytics reporting dashboard" that can be enabled for self-storage accounts. Once itβs activated, youβll see a new "Analytics" tab appear in the top navigation bar of your Management Portal. This dashboard provides a detailed breakdown of activity across your sites, with several categories containing "pre-built reports." These reports cover key areas such as "occupancy data" (based on units or total area), "move-ins and move-outs," "revenue," "aging," and other historical stats.
Each section also highlights important high-level data points related to its category, like total occupancy or revenue utilization.
Itβs important to note that the analytics dashboard only syncs once per day, so itβs best used for reporting on past account activity rather than tracking real-time updates.
If youβd like to enable the analytics dashboard for your account, just reach out to the "Storeganise support team" or contact your Storeganise representative.
