π Exporting analytics reports

Congratulations! You've reached the end of the Invoicing & Payments module.
Each report in the "Analytics Dashboard" can be sorted using different criteria and exported in multiple formats. If a report includes a chart, you also have the option to change the chart type.
Letβs take a look at an example using the "Total Invoices by Site" report in the "Revenue" tab. At the top, youβll see several filtering options that allow you to customize the report. You can filter by site, invoice status, invoice period, and more. For example, if you want to see only "paid invoices" at the "Central Site" over the past three months, you can set those filters accordingly.
You can also drill down even further. For instance, if you click on the graph bar for December, you can refine the report by selecting additional data points. Once youβve filtered the data to match what you need, youβre ready to export it.
Click on the "three-dot menu" button, then go to the "Export" tab. Here, you can choose between "CSV" or "Excel" formats if you need a spreadsheet, or you can export the report as a "PDF" for a high-level summary.
Additionally, if you want to analyze the raw data, you can select "View Underlying Data." This opens the data in a separate window in a spreadsheet format, where you can apply further filters, sort the information, and export it as needed. This flexibility makes it easy to generate and customize reports based on your specific business needs.
