Revy is a reputation management platform built for self-storage operators that automatically collects tenant feedback via SMS and email, routes concerns to your team privately, and guides happy tenants to leave a Google review. When connected to Storeganise, Revy triggers feedback requests at key tenant moments — such as move-in and during occupancy — running continuously in the background with no manual action required. The Add-on is installed at the business level, so a single setup applies across all of your sites.
