Add-on: Lumio - AI voice agent for inbound calls
The Lumio Add-on connects your Storeganise account to Lumio's AI voice agent, enabling it to answer inbound customer calls 24/7 by pulling live tenant, unit, lease, and invoice data directly from your account. When enabled, the agent can handle rental inquiries, take payments, retrieve gate codes, schedule move-outs, and escalate to a human when needed — writing any changes back through Storeganise's API. The Add-on is installed at the business level, so a single setup applies across all of your sites.
