Add-on: Zendesk user sync
The Zendesk Support - User Sync Add-on by Unwired Logic creates a two-way, webhook-driven link between Storeganise and Zendesk Support, keeping customer records in sync across both platforms automatically. When a user is created, updated, or disabled in either system, the matching record on the other side updates to match — covering email, name, phone, and customer rental status. The Add-on is installed at the business level and connects to Zendesk via OAuth, with no API tokens to create or manage.
